By accessing or using the LuvKaizen website (luvkaizen.com) and our Web3, crypto, and blockchain marketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
LuvKaizen provides Web3 and crypto marketing services including but not limited to: KOL (Key Opinion Leader) campaigns, community management, social media management, crypto PR, growth hacking, Web3 branding, go-to-market strategy, token launch marketing, and blockchain advertising. The scope of services for each client is defined in individual service agreements.
Clients agree to: provide accurate and complete information about their project; comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including securities laws and crypto-specific regulations in their jurisdiction; not use our services for any unlawful purpose, including promoting fraudulent tokens, rug pulls, or misleading investment schemes; respond to communications in a timely manner to facilitate service delivery.
All content, branding, strategies, and materials created by LuvKaizen remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point agreed-upon deliverables transfer to the client. Our proprietary methodologies, tools, and processes remain the property of LuvKaizen. Clients retain ownership of their brand assets, logos, and project-specific content provided to us.
Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. We accept payments in fiat currency and select cryptocurrencies. Late payments may result in suspension of services. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in each service agreement.
LuvKaizen does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Our marketing services are not a guarantee of project success, token price appreciation, or specific outcomes. The crypto and Web3 industry is inherently volatile and risky. Results from marketing campaigns may vary based on market conditions, project fundamentals, and other factors outside our control. Past performance of our campaigns does not guarantee future results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuvKaizen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for losses resulting from market volatility, regulatory changes, or third-party actions.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes project details, marketing strategies, campaign data, and business information. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any service agreement.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified. LuvKaizen reserves the right to terminate services immediately if a client engages in fraudulent activity, violates applicable laws, or breaches these terms. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by mediation or arbitration if necessary.
LuvKaizen reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
