Kick Gambling Rules You Must Follow
The Kick Help Center (page dated 21 May 2026, checked October 2026) sets these rules for gambling streams:
- Legal location. You may only stream gambling if you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal.
- No viewer money. You may not gamble with funds from your viewers, including buy ins through sweepstakes or lotteries.
- 18+ label. Mark any stream that is unsuitable for viewers under 18.
Since 1 February 2025 Kick also only allows gambling streams from sites that verify users with ID, as reported by SBC News in December 2024. A casino without ID checks cannot sponsor you on Kick, whatever it offers. Read the current Kick Community Guidelines before you sign any deal.
Why Sponsorship Matters More on Kick
Kick lets streamers keep most of their subscription revenue, but casino hours do not earn partner pay. In March 2025 Kick removed the Slots and Casino category from the hourly pay in its partner program, as reported by GamblingNews.
That leaves three income lines for gambling content on Kick: subs and tips, affiliate commission from your own links, and sponsor deals that pay for your hours. A sponsorship is the one that pays a fixed amount for your casino streams, whatever happens on the reels.
