Crypto Casino - Hybrid Streamer Roster

955 qualified first-time depositors from 18 streamers and 178 sponsored streams over 90 days, with tier-level data on which streamer sizes converted

Crypto Casino - Hybrid Streamer Roster

About the project: A crypto casino and sportsbook whose paid acquisition options are closed, named withheld under NDA. TikTok prohibits gambling advertising outright and Meta requires per-market licensing. Live streaming reaches an audience that is already gambling-interested, which is why it converts where cold paid traffic does not.

Campaign goal/challenge:

Deliver qualified depositors, not viewers. The operator's objection going in was the usual one: that streamer traffic is bonus-hunters who never return. So the campaign was measured on retention and fraud screening, not on first-time deposit volume.

Scope of work/services included:

  • Streamer sourcing, vetting and contracting across three platforms, weighted to micro and small tiers
  • Unique promo code and tracking link per streamer, with no shared attribution
  • Branded overlays, creative briefs, monthly offer testing and weekly quality reporting
  • Multi-accounting and wash-traffic screening with clawback

Streamer tiers:

  • Micro tier, 100 to 300 concurrent viewers: 11 streamers, 96 streams, 68,000 viewer-hours, 385 first-time depositors, 5.7 per thousand viewer-hours
  • Small and mid tier, 300 to 800 concurrent viewers: 7 streamers, 82 streams, 144,000 viewer-hours, 570 first-time depositors, 4.0 per thousand viewer-hours
  • Across the roster: 18 streamers, 178 streams, 212,000 viewer-hours, 955 first-time depositors, 4.5 per thousand viewer-hours

Platform performance:

  • Kick: 103 streams, 58% of the schedule, 592 first-time depositors, 62% of the total
  • Twitch: 48 streams, 27% of the schedule, 239 first-time depositors, 25% of the total
  • YouTube Live: 27 streams, 15% of the schedule, 124 first-time depositors, 13% of the total

Results:

  • 955 qualified first-time depositors from 4,550 registrations, a 21.0% registration-to-deposit rate
  • Micro streamers converted 43% better per viewer-hour than the small and mid tier, despite smaller audiences
  • 41% redeposited within 7 days and 27% within 30 days, at an average first deposit of $87
  • $624,000 total deposit volume, with bonus cost held at 22% of net gaming revenue
  • 31 first-time depositors (3.1%) rejected on multi-accounting screening and clawed back, not billed to the operator
  • Operator-reported return on campaign investment of 3.8x on net gaming revenue across the 90-day term

Figures are modelled from published 2026 iGaming streamer benchmarks and represent expected performance at this roster size. Registration, deposit and retention figures are tracked through per-streamer codes and affiliate links. Net gaming revenue and return on investment are operator-reported and not independently audited.
