Streamer Sponsorship Cost Calculator: Casino Streamer ROI per FTD

Streamer Sponsorship Cost Calculator: Casino Streamer ROI per FTD

This streamer sponsorship cost calculator shows what a casino streamer campaign is likely to cost per first time depositor before you sign anything. Enter the average viewers, hours per stream and number of streams to get a broad market estimate for the fees, or enter the fee you were quoted. Add your funnel rates and it returns clicks, signups, FTDs, cost per FTD and payback against your player value.

Quick answer: casino streamer fees depend on average viewers, hours on stream, audience markets and the deal structure. Divide the total cost by the FTDs the streams produce and compare the result with what you pay affiliates in the same markets.

The market estimate is a broad range per average viewer per hour taken from a public streamer sponsorship rate card (StreamScheme). It is not a quote from LuvKaizen or any streamer: real fees move with engagement, audience markets, exclusivity and the deal structure. If you already have a quote, enter it and the range collapses to that fee. The click, signup and FTD rates are examples, not benchmarks: replace them with your own tracking data.

How It Works

streamer sponsorship cost calculator: formula steps illustration
  1. Fee estimate = average concurrent viewers x hours per stream x a market band per viewer hour from a public streamer sponsorship rate card (StreamScheme). It is shown as a low to high range. If you enter a quoted fee, the calculator uses that instead.
  2. Total cost = fee per stream x number of streams.
  3. Clicks = average concurrent viewers x streams x click through rate. The rate is clicks per stream as a share of the average concurrent count; unique viewers over a stream are higher than the concurrent average, so do not read it as a classic ad CTR.
  4. Signups = clicks x signup rate. FTDs = signups x FTD rate.
  5. Cost per FTD = total cost / FTDs. This is also the break even point: each FTD has to bring at least this much net gaming revenue.
  6. Payback = projected NGR / total cost, where projected NGR = FTDs x your NGR per FTD. Above 1.00x the campaign pays back within the value window you entered; below 1.00x it shows the share of cost it recovers.

Defaults and Where They Come From

streamer sponsorship cost calculator: default inputs table illustration
Input Default Where it comes from
Average concurrent viewers 1,500 Example of a mid size casino streamer
Hours per stream 3 Example of a typical sponsored session
Quoted fee per stream Empty The market estimate is used until you enter a quote
Number of streams 8 Example: two streams a week for a month
Click through rate 5% Example, not a benchmark
Signup rate 25% Example, not a benchmark
FTD rate 35% Example, not a benchmark
NGR per FTD Varies by market Example; use your own 90 day or 12 month value per depositor

The funnel defaults are placeholders for your own data. The fastest way to get real ones is a short test with unique links and promo codes per streamer, then feed the results back into the calculator.

What Moves the Numbers

streamer sponsorship cost calculator: cost drivers illustration
  • Real viewers. Botted concurrents inflate the viewer input and sink every rate after it. Vet chat activity and viewer history first; our streamer sponsorship management service covers that step.
  • GEO match. A click from a market you cannot accept is worth nothing. Only count viewers in your licensed markets.
  • Deal structure. A hybrid of a smaller fee plus CPA or rev share moves risk to the streamer; Track360 lists a reduced CPA plus rev share as a common hybrid. See how to hire casino streamers for the trade offs.
  • Clip rights. Sessions cut into short clips keep sending traffic after the stream ends, which the calculator does not count. In one LuvKaizen campaign for Rainbet, 1,264 videos brought 5.85M impressions in 3 months.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a casino streamer sponsorship cost?

Casino streamer fees scale with channel size, from mid size channels paid per sponsored stream to top streamers paid per stream or per month. Performance deals run on CPA per first time depositor or on rev share of net gaming revenue instead.

What is a good cost per FTD for a streamer campaign?

Compare it with what you already pay affiliates. Track360 shows casino CPA per FTD running much higher in Tier 1 markets than in emerging markets, with European online casino in between.

How do we track FTDs from a stream?

Give every streamer a unique tracking link and promo code, test both before the first stream, and report registrations, first deposits and deposit value per streamer. Without per streamer tracking, cost per FTD cannot be measured.

Should we pay streamers a flat fee, CPA or a hybrid?

A flat fee buys guaranteed streams and timing, CPA moves the risk to the streamer, and a hybrid splits it. Track360 lists a smaller CPA plus rev share as a typical hybrid.

Why does payback use NGR per FTD and not deposits?

Deposits are not revenue. Net gaming revenue, what is left after player winnings, bonuses and fees, is what pays back the campaign, so enter the value per depositor your finance team uses.
