A token launch is the single highest-stakes marketing event in crypto. Get it right and you ride a wave of momentum that can sustain your project for months. Get it wrong and you're fighting an uphill battle to recover attention that's already moved on. This checklist covers everything you need across pre-launch, launch day, and post-launch phases.

Pre-Launch Phase (8-12 Weeks Before)

Start by locking down your narrative. What problem does your token solve? Why does the world need another token? If you can't answer these questions in one sentence each, your marketing will be unfocused.
